Stobo Castle - A tasty apple from the Scottish Borders

Writer's picture: John.d.hancox@btinternet.comJohn.d.hancox@btinternet.com

We were sitting in the garden last night and tasting some of the apples I have been picking. People often ask me my favourite apples - and there are a lot and its such a joy when you get an unusual apple which is in great eating condition. Stobo is a large apple and its full of flavour and zing... Delicious .. This apple was grown in Glasgow - and its a lovely clean apple too
